​​The annual Education Agent Service Excellence Awards recognise and acknowledge the significant ​contribution of education agents to the International Student Program and the Victorian learning community.

Service excellence award categories are available in the following categories​:

  • Highest Number of Students Recruited
  • Highest Increase in Students Recruited
  • Greatest Conversion Rate
  • ​Global Learning and Engagement​.

In addition, education agents are recognised for their long term partnerships, loyalty and support in the delivery of educational services to international students at Victorian government schools. The followings years of service are acknowledged through these awards:

  • 5+ Years of Service
  • 10+ Years of Service
  • 15+ Years of Service
  • 20+ Years of Service.

Education agents must meet a range of criteria to be eligible for a Service Excellence Award.
